Safety
Trust is the whole business.
Older adults are targeted by scams and rushed sales pitches more than any other group. The commitments below are not marketing — they're the rules of how we work. If we ever drift from them, the business is broken.
-
We never ask for your passwords.
Not for email, not for banking, not for anything. If a password genuinely needs to be entered during a visit, you type it. We do not need to know it to help you.
-
We do not remote-control your computer without you watching.
On the rare occasion when remote help is the right approach, you see everything happening on your screen, you can stop the session at any time, and we hang up afterward.
-
We do not sell your information.
We do not share your name, contact details, or any information about your devices or accounts with anyone outside Senior Savvy. Full stop.
-
Both partners are background-checked.
Stuart and Peter are both background-checked, and references from current partner organizations are available on request.
-
We are liability-insured.
Senior Savvy carries professional liability insurance through Start Three Inc. Carrier and coverage details available on request for partner organizations.
-
We do not pressure you to buy.
If your existing setup is fine, we'll say so. If a new device would help, we'll explain why — and we don't earn commissions from any manufacturer or retailer.
Questions about how we work?
We're glad you asked. Pick up the phone — we'd rather explain in person than in writing.
