Once we’ve done an in-home assessment, many clients move to an ongoing support plan: a phone number you can call when something stops working, with predictable monthly cost and no per-call surprises.
We answer calls during business hours, talk you through what’s happening, and come out in person when we need to. We never ask for your passwords. We never remote-control your computer without you watching.
