Drop-in tech support

Recurring drop-in hours on your activity calendar. Members bring their devices and their questions; we help. A reliable, well-attended program item.

Drop-in tech support is one of the highest-attendance program items we run at centres. It’s simple: we publish a recurring time, members show up with their phones, tablets, and laptops, and we work through whatever is frustrating them.

What this looks like in practice:

  • A fixed time slot on your calendar — typically a 2-hour block, weekly or bi-weekly
  • No appointments needed; first-come, first-served
  • We handle everything from “how do I attach a photo to a text” to “this just stopped working”
  • Members who need more time get scheduled into a follow-up or, if they want, into a Senior Savvy in-home assessment

The session becomes a regular fixture on your calendar. Members plan around it. New members find out about your centre because of it.
