An hour or two in your home. We sit down with you, look at the phones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and printers you actually use, and listen to what’s been frustrating you.
You walk away with: things working that weren’t, plain-language notes on what we changed, and an honest assessment of anything bigger. No upsells, no contracts you didn’t ask about. If a new device would help, we’ll say so. If your existing setup is fine, we’ll say that too.
